NVIDIA Inception Program

Chemnitz, Germany – May 1st, 2018 – 3dvisionlabs today announced that it has joined the NVIDIA Inception program, which is designed to nurture startups revolutionizing industries with advancements in AI and data sciences.

The Germany-based depth camera startup 3dvisionlabs provides future autonomous systems with unprecedented depth perception capabilities. Their HemiStereo technology is extending the field of view (FOV) of machine vision to full hemispherical image and depth perception. Reducing the need for data fusion between multiple cameras heavily improves data quality and enables new applications.

The Inception program allows 3dvisionlabs to come into closer contact with experts and developers in the AI industry. “The Inception program helps us to meet other startups and leaders in the AI industry. With our upcoming DevKit we’re going to enable developers of AI and robotics to adapt the HemiStereo technology for their projects,” said Lars Meinel, CEO 3dvisionlabs.

NVIDIA’s Inception program is a virtual accelerator program that helps startups during critical stages of product development, prototyping and deployment. Every Inception member gets a custom set of ongoing benefits, from hardware grants and marketing support to training with deep learning experts.
